When making a direct enquiry with Walk-Frankfurt, email or postal addresses, and/or telephone numbers are used soley to enter into correspondance regarding a tour. No account is created and the data is not used for marketing purposes.

On making a purchase, an email address will be requested to facilitate payment and delivery. Walk-frankfurt uses www.stripe.com as it’s eCommerce Payment Processor. The Stripe Global Privacy Policy is available using the link.

Walk-Frankfurt may email you messages about your order. For example, we may email you to tell you that: your purchase has been successful. We share your contact information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.

In addition, Walk-Frankfurt’s Squarespace will transmit, “End Users’ complete payment information when they initially provide or update it only so that we can pass it along to the eCommerce Payment Processors you agree to use. We don’t collect or store your End Users’ payment information.” See section 12 of the Squarespace Privacy Policy.

Voicemap is an external website. When clicking on Voicemap links and accessing the Voicemap website for audio tours, data is gathered by Voicemap as per their Privacy Policy. This data is not shared with or used by Walk-Frankfurt.
