Terms and Conditions
PAYMENTS: For private clients booking on-line: deposit payments to be received by secure on-line payment facility at least 24 hours in advance of the tour date. All balance payments are to be paid in cash on the day of the tour in Euros (€).
For corporate clients: payment by bank transfer is preferred. For first time bookings, corporate clients are requested to pay the balance in full prior to the tour. Regular corporate clients will be invoiced at the end of the month and offered a 15 day payment window. Please see cancellation policy below.
PRIVATE TOURS: €50 per hour for groups of 1 -5 people. For larger groups a price will be suggested and is subject to offer. Minimum booking: 90 minutes, priced at €75 for groups of 1 -5 people.
€40 deposit is required to be paid 24 hours prior to the tour and the amount is deducted from the overall cost of the tour.
Example pricing: A 90 minute private tour for a group of 4 people costs €75, a €40 deposit has been paid in advance leaving a balance of €35 to be paid directly to the guide, in cash, on the day of the tour.
LAYOVER TOURS: Starting at €135 for two hours, or €160 for three hours for groups of 1 - 4 people. For larger groups a price will be suggested and is subject to offer. Minimum booking: 2 hours, priced at €135 for groups of 1 - 4 people.
The layover price includes being met at the airport, transport for the day using local transport, a guided tour and return travel to the airport. If you choose to stay in the city a return transport ticket will be provided for your return to the airport on the same day.

Example pricing: A three hour layover tour for a group of 1 - 4 people costs €160, a €40 deposit has been paid in advance leaving a balance of €120 to be paid directly to the guide, in cash, on the day of the tour.
COSTS: Costs relating to transportation and entrance fees must be paid for by the customer, in advance or at point of sale, unless expressly included in the tour package.
BOOKING POLICY: A tour is considered confirmed only once a date and time has been agreed and the deposit has been paid. A provisional date can only be held once the deposit is made. Please ensure deposits are paid as soon as possible to secure the booking. On receiving the deposit a confirmation email will be sent.
RE-SCHEDULING: Your tour date may be re-scheduled, if a guide is available, to a new date using your original deposit as long as a minimum 48 hours notice is given. If 48 hours notice is not given the deposit may be retained to cover any costs incurred.
Private clients paying a deposit: Deposits are refunded if the tour is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. If 48 hours notice is not given the deposit may be retained to cover any costs incurred. In circumstances of cancelled flights, the tour can be re-scheduled, see RE-SCHEDULING above, or the deposit returned. Return payments by bank transfer might be subject to banking fees.
Corporate clients paying per invoice: cancellation of tour work or transfer work is subject to cancellation fees as follows:
4 weeks or more in advance - no fee (any prepaid bank transfer will be returned minus bank fees.)
Between 2 and 4 weeks in advance - 25%
Between 2 days and 2 weeks in advance - 50%
48 hours or less in advance - 100%
As a private client, if you book a Private Tour or a Layover Tour and you do not show up at the agreed meeting point within a reasonable amount of time*, your tour will be regarded as cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
As a corporate client, if your guests do not show up at the agreed meeting point within a reasonable amount of time*, your tour will be regarded as cancelled and 100% of the tour cost will be payable.
* The guide reserves the right to deduct waiting times from the tour time. If the tour group is not available 30 minutes after the agreed start time the tour is considered cancelled. For layover tours the guide will wait for up to 60 minutes after the agreed meeting time.
